Auf inzwischen 48 Seiten finden Apothekenteams die richtigen Antworten auf die Fragen im täglichen Umgang mit dem securPharm-System, aber auch auf Fragen, wie mit Packungen aus Großbritannien umgehen ist, wird eingegangen. Außerdem vereinigt die neueste Version die unterschiedlichen Einzeldokumente und bietet mehr Grafiken und Tabellen. Die FAQs sind das Produkt von mehr als drei Jahren Praxis mit securPharm.
