Advan­ced alarm manage­ment for end users

From Febru­ary 3, end users will be able to per­form various alarm pro­ces­sing func­tions via the gra­phi­cal user inter­face of the secur­Ph­arm phar­ma­cy ser­ver.

The new func­tion­a­li­ty includes a com­ment func­tion as well as the opti­on to upload pho­tos or other files to the alarm manage­ment sys­tem and edit the sta­tus of alarms if requi­red. The sys­tem enables the end points to com­mu­ni­ca­te direct­ly with the phar­maceu­ti­cal com­pa­ny wit­hout remo­ving the anony­mi­ty offe­red by the secur­Ph­arm phar­ma­cy ser­ver.
